With school holidays just a few weeks away a local Health and Fitness centre is gearing up to get the people of Caversham ready for summer.

Caversham Health and Fitness, above Waitrose in Archway Road, has launched a six-week programme aimed at helping Reading shape up for the beach, and is giving a free spray tan or beauty treatment as an reward!

“We appreciate that a lot of people are nervous about making that first step when it comes to shaping up,” explains General Manager Rachael Pountney “So we’ve tried to make that leap not such a big one!”

“We’ve designed a programme that offers more than just access to our gym facilities. We’re also  including classes, personal training, and even nutritional therapy sessions.  This may be just a six-week programme, but we want to offer the people of Caversham the tools to make genuine lifestyle changes, as well as proving you can make a real difference to the way you look and feel in 6 weeks.”

The six week programme costs just £60, and people completing the programme will be offered a free spray tan or beauty treatment.
