Description: Aerobics / Body Conditioning / Dance Aerobics

Motivational and fun aerobics classes for both men and women of mixed abilities. All classes include a cardiovascular workout section as well as body conditioning exercises and stretching.

My name is Cath. I am a fully qualified Group Fitness Instructor (Level 2 ) and previously pursued a career as a professional dancer with 3 years training at Laine Theatre Arts, Epsom. I firmly believe that group fitness and exercising to music is one of the best ways to workout and improve personal fitness. I strive to make each session as varied and fun as possible.

Classes are held at St Andrew's Church Hall in Caversham on Wednesday evenings and monthly AeroBoogie classes on Saturday mornings at St Barnabas Church Hall, Emmer Green. Hope to see you there!

    This class has changed my life!

    Okay that’s a bit dramatic but I hadn’t been to an aerobics class for years so I was a little apprehensive, the instructors instructions are very clear and the routines are easy to follow but challenging. My body now feels so much more toned and my energy levels have increased.

    Try out these classes, you will be so surprised at what you can achieve.

    I was looking for a class to get me back in shape after having two children and was a little tired of walking the streets with a heavy buggy! So decided to give these classes a try. They are great fun and give me so much more energy. I’m also starting to feel more toned!

    The instructor is extremely welcoming, good fun and always does something new every few weeks so you don’t get bored of the same routines and you get to use different sets of muscles…. most of which I never knew existed!

    I would definitely recommend this class. I actually really look forward to going each week!
